This modern 3,800sf residence is situated at the end of Long Island, close to the water in Montauk. Two, seventeen foot second floor cantilevers are the structures main breathe taking elements. DiLandro Andrews incorporated steel framing, metal decking and more creative solutions to achieve the architect and home owner's deign intent.

This project in Montauk NY consists of two wings that have slightly staggered elevations between floors. The 7,600 sqft of living space contains cantilevered second floors and a finished lower level/drive in garage. Both the super structure and swimming pool had to be designed on helical piles due to insufficient soil bearing capacity.

Situated on 2 acres+/-, the residence capitalizes on views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay. With 128 feet of direct ocean frontage, this new construction 8,300 SF+/- estate includes and outdoor terrace space including a roof deck, and a north/south facing tennis court.
